1. Subscription Refunds

1.1 Unused Subscriptions: Full refunds are available within the first 7 days of a new subscription if no tokens have been used. After 7 days or if any tokens have been used, refunds are at the discretion of LinkedInFy.
1.2 Partial Refunds for Active Subscriptions For monthly subscriptions: No partial refunds are provided. Users can cancel their subscription to prevent future charges. For yearly subscriptions: Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, prorated for the unused portion of the subscription, minus a 20% administrative fee.

2. Token Usage and Refunds

2.1 Used Tokens: Tokens that have been used for content generation are non-refundable, as they represent consumed API resources.
2.2 Unused Tokens: Unused tokens from a cancelled subscription will remain valid until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused tokens after a subscription is cancelled or expires.

3. Refund Process

LinkedInFy reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases of: Technical issues on our end that prevented proper service delivery. Fraudulent use of an account. Other circumstances as determined by our support team.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

LinkedInFy reserves the right to deny refund requests under the following circumstances:
6.1 Used Tokens: As stated in section 2.1, tokens that have been used for content generation are non-refundable.
6.2 Expired Refund Window: Refund requests made after the specified refund window (7 days for unused subscriptions) may be denied.
6.3 Violation of Terms of Service: If a user has violated our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
6.4 Chargebacks: If a user has initiated a chargeback with their payment provider, they are no longer eligible for a refund through our standard refund process.
6.5 Recurring Subscriptions: Refunds for previous subscription periods that have already been billed and utilized are not eligible for refunds.
6.6 Bulk Purchases: Special pricing or bulk token purchases may have different refund terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
6.7 Free or Promotional Credits: Any free credits or promotional offers are non-refundable and not eligible for cash refunds.
6.8 Account Termination: If [Your SaaS Name] terminates a user's account due to violations of our policies, any remaining balance or unused tokens may be forfeited and are not eligible for refund.
